Dakar (Senegal) – 5th International Meeting “Milk, a Driver of Development”

The 5th edition of the International Meeting “Milk, a Driver of Development” will take place in Saly, Senegal, from May 12 to 14, 2026.

This major international scientific event is co-organized by CIRAD, INRAE, and ISRA. It will bring together researchers, professionals, decision-makers, and stakeholders from the dairy sector to address key scientific, economic, and innovation challenges related to the sustainable development of dairy value chains.

On the program:

The Meetings will include:

• an international scientific conference;
• a two-day exhibition of dairy innovations;
• field visits.

Call for papers

Researchers, professionals, and stakeholders in the dairy sector are invited to submit abstracts for oral and/or poster presentations.

Important dates

• Deadline for submission of abstracts for oral presentations: January 30, 2026
• Notification from the Scientific Committee: February 25, 2026
• Deadline for submission of abstracts for poster presentations: March 31, 2026
